- Mechanically completely overhauled, scraped and completely repainted
- FANUC CNC 0i-F Plus with Windows operating system, 21.5" Touch-Screen and Dual Check Safety (DCS)
- Fully equipped CAM system, integrated into the machine control system
- Portable handheld control unit for 6 axis
- User software for jig grinding (bore, pivot and contour grinding)
- 6 axes CNC controlled (X, Y, U, C, Z and W)
- Heidenhain linear scales on X, Y, W and Z axes
- Electrical cabinet and pneumatic system completely replaced
